It’s easy for our members to use, and the support is amazing. We usually see minimal errors when processing checks, and the integration with Lumin works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used to submit a ticket for Ensenta to update our users, and there was a fee for that service. Sometime within the last two years or so, they made an update that now requires us to manually update users ourselves. Once I saw how time-consuming the process is, I understood why there was a charge when Ensenta handled it. However, we still have to pay Ensenta even when we’re the ones making the changes. That doesn’t seem logical to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
