I really like how Enjo integrates easily with our existing Slack and JIRA workflow without adding complexity for the team. The AI agent and customizable knowledge base are particularly useful, as they leverage historical Slack conversations and our own knowledge sources to effectively handle routine queries. The flexibility to automate workflows, recurring reports, and repetitive tasks has been a major time saver and opens up new use cases for us. The initial setup was extremely easy and convenient, with the Enjo team providing hands-on support that made the onboarding and configuration process very smooth. One area that could be improved is the usage/data limits. Having a monthly reset cycle or some form of rollover for unused limits would provide more flexibility, especially since usage can vary significantly from one month to another. It would also be helpful to have more visibility into usage consumption, along with alerts or visibility into the uploads/syncs before they are actually uploaded. More flexibility around managing or allocating these limits would make it easier for teams to scale their use of Enjo and experiment with additional automation and AI use cases without having to closely manage consumption.
