"Engaging Networks is a great all-in-one platform for nonprofits looking to be more nimble"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

Engaging Networks is easy to use and they're always adding new features responsive to user feedback. Their customer support team always goes above and beyond to solve my issues when they come up and are willing to engage even when the problem is my lack of knowledge. With EN, you can seamlessly A/B test pages and email campaigns, run complex marketing automations, and most importantly get something out to your audience quickly and easily. What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

The main downside of Engaging Networks is the reporting functionality. The visual reporting is very limited and the data report downloads are confusing. They are aware of the shortcomings of the reporting features and I believe are planning to roll out improvements in the coming months, which is great news. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engaging Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Engaging Networks helps us run set-it-and-forget-it marketing automations that help us decrease list churn and prime new signups to convert. It allows us to take the guesswork out of our page and email building by giving us access to easy A/B testing tools so we can be strategic in our designs and approach.
