"Super Fast and Stable System with a Very Helpful Support Team"

What do you like best about Engagelab?

What stands out the most is the overall performance and stability. The message delivery speed is incredibly fast with a very high success rate, and we haven't experienced any system downtime. Beyond the solid performance, the UI/UX is surprisingly clean and intuitive, which makes setting up daily campaigns super easy. What do you dislike about Engagelab?

Although the basic setup is fine, setting up more complex custom integrations with our internal backend required a bit more technical effort and digging through the documentation than I initially expected. Additionally, while the core messaging features are solid, their built-in AI tools still feel quite basic right now. It would be great to see more advanced AI intelligence developed in the future for campaign optimization or predictive analytics to help optimize our automated workflows. What problems is Engagelab solving and how is that benefiting you?

While we already have a primary ticketing system and standard email alerts in place, we needed a reliable way to handle instant, cross-channel follow-ups like sending a quick Whatsapp or SMS when a user unexpectedly drops off a live chat session. Engagelab helps us handle these follow-ups. For us, the main benefit is the cost.
