What do you like best about Engagelab?

Product updates, onboarding messages, feature announcements, and user engagement campaigns were previously handled through different processes across our team. EngageLab has given us a more organized way to manage these communications across multiple channels. We particularly like being able to coordinate email, SMS, and push notifications from one platform while monitoring delivery and engagement results through the same dashboard. What do you dislike about Engagelab?

There are many configuration and automation options available, so some of the more advanced features require time to explore. Additional guided examples for SaaS-specific user journeys and automation workflows would make it easier for new team members to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engagelab solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our customer base grew, managing user communications consistently became more challenging. EngageLab has helped us centralize messaging, automate recurring communications, and gain better visibility into how users interact with our campaigns.
