I like that Engagedly is a solid platform that does what we need. It gives us a one-stop shop for all our performance management needs, and its integration with Paylocity lets things automatically update for people. I also like the survey data we get after completing an exit survey or a new-hire 30-day survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think some of the Paylocity integration mapping could be improved. A lot of fields don’t map or don’t map well. When we terminate someone in Paylocity with a future date, Engagedly sees them as terminated and blocks them from accessing it, so they can’t close out their goals or complete the exit survey before they leave. It also doesn’t map profile images from Paylocity, so I have to upload them to both systems, which is obnoxious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
