I use Engagedly for performance management and goal tracking, and I really like how user-friendly it is for both the staff and me as the admin. It makes the performance and goal tracking processes easier because everything is integrated and in one place. The different modules are helpful, allowing people to provide feedback on their colleagues and track their goals. It's very easy to ask for specific feedback on colleagues, which was not the case with our previous review systems.
