The lead scoring and email tracking are the features I find most useful. In our business, we deal with a lot of leads, so it helps to know who is actually showing interest.
I like being able to see when someone opens an email or clicks on a link. We can assign scores to those activities, which gives us a better idea of which leads are worth following up with the first. It's much easier than trying to keep track of everything manually.
The follow-up part is also helpful. Once a lead reaches a certain level of engagement, we can plan the next follow-up instead of letting the lead get lost in the list. I also like having the lead activity in one place, so when we come back to lead, we have some context about what they've done previously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took me a little while to get comfortable with all the options. There are quite a few settings around scoring and automation, so initially I had to spend some time figuring out what worked best for our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
