For me, the email campaigns and contact view are probably the two things I use the most.
Creating and sending email campaigns is pretty straightforward, and I like being able to see the results after a campaign instead of having to check different tools. It gives me a quick idea of who opened the email, who clicked, and how the campaign is doing.
The 360 degree contact view is something I find really useful in day-to-day work. When I open a contact, I can see their previous activity and interactions in one place. So before following up with someone, I don't have to go searching through old emails or different screens to remember what happened earlier.
It's one of those things that doesn't sound like a huge feature at first, but once you start using it regularly, it saves quite a bit of time. Overall, it has helped me keep my email communication and contact history more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can feel a little busy when you're first getting started, and it takes some time to figure out where everything is. After using it for a while, though, it becomes much easier to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
