"EngageBay Makes Email Broadcasts and Sequences Easy to Set Up and Automate"

What do you like best about EngageBay?

We mainly use EngageBay for email marketing. I use broadcasts when we need to send something to a group of contacts, and the process is pretty easy once you get used to it. I can prepare the email, select the contacts, check it and schedule it without much hassle.

I personally find the email sequences more useful. We have situations where we need to send a few follow-up emails instead of just one and doing that manually can become a bit annoying. With sequences I can set everything up beforehand and let the follow-ups go out automatically.

I also like being able to check the email activity from the contact record. If I want to see what emails were sent or how a contact interacted with them, I can find that without jumping between different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

It did take me some time to get comfortable with the interface. There are quite a few options and settings, so at first I had to click around a bit to find what I was looking for. After using it for a while, this wasn't really an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, it mainly takes away the manual work involved in regular email follow-ups. I don't have to keep a separate reminder for every email that needs to go out.

Broadcasts are useful for one-off communication, while sequences work well when there are multiple follow-ups. Having both in the same place is probably what I find most useful.

It's not something where everything changed overnight, but it has made our regular email work easier and a little less time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
