The email tracking is probably the feature I use the most. Being able to see when someone opens an email or clicks on a link gives us a better idea of whether we should follow up or wait.
What I really like is that we can use those actions to trigger automations. For example, if someone opens an email or clicks a particular link, we can set up a follow-up based on that activity. It saves us from having to manually check every email and decide what to do next.
For my business where we send quite a few emails to clients, this is genuinely useful. I can see the communication history and the email activity in one place, which makes follow-ups easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are quite a lot of options in the platform, so it took me some time to get comfortable with the automation setup. Some parts of the interface can also feel a little busy when you're trying to find a particular setting. It is most difficult to find out at what stage a contact is in the automation.
