What do you like best about EngageBay?

I like having a single place where I can keep track of customer activity and the work connected to it. I can update contact details, add notes after an interaction, and quickly check what has happened previously. This is especially useful when I need to return to something after a few days and don’t want to start from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

It took me some time to get familiar with the different sections. There are features I don’t use regularly, so the platform initially felt a bit more detailed than necessary. What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using EngageBay, keeping track of customer activity across different places could be inconvenient. Now I have a consistent record of interactions and updates that I can refer to whenever I need it.
