What I like most about Engage is the platform's proposal to be intuitive and gamified. I think this makes the learning experience much lighter, dynamic, and engaging, expanding the possibilities of working with content in a more attractive way for employees. What I miss in Engage is a more intuitive and practical management of training within the platform. Especially in tracking expirations, automatic alerts, and controls related to training, I believe there could be a quicker and more strategic visualization of this information.
