What do you like best about Engage?

What I like best about Viva Engage is its overall ease of use and simple, intuitive design, which makes it easy for employees at all levels to adopt. The ease of implementation was smooth, and the platform integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, which makes it part of our daily workflow. The wide number of features—ranging from communities and discussions to knowledge sharing and announcements—ensures frequent use across different teams. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed, making the experience even better. What problems is Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viva Engage is helping solve the challenge of keeping employees connected and engaged across different teams, locations, and departments. It provides a central space for open communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, which reduces silos and ensures important information is accessible to everyone. By integrating directly with Microsoft 365, it makes communication part of the daily workflow, increasing visibility of updates and announcements.
