What do you like best about Engage Compliance?

The onboarding was the surprise. Within a few weeks we had a proper picture of what data we hold, where it goes, and which of it was a problem. Since then it's steady rather than dramatic. Things get picked up before they become urgent, and when our team needs an answer they get one they can act on rather than a list of caveats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engage Compliance?

It only works if someone on our side stays engaged. Nobody's going to sit in your standups for you, so you still need an internal person who can answer questions about how the product works. Worth knowing going in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Engage Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two things. Our data protection obligations now have a clear owner instead of drifting between teams, and the paperwork behind that is written down and current, which matters when a customer asks.
