I like EnergyCAP UtilityManagement because of the savings we generate from its data. It helps troubleshoot real-world issues that trigger flagged bills. I'm not satisfied with the abilities of Watts AI within EnergyCAP UtilityManagement. I feel it could have higher data manipulation capabilities and the ability to add variables to the data I'm seeking. This improvement would make it more beneficial for my needs.
