I liked how they provided tips and because of that, I was able to gain more knowledge. There are so many things to like about Endtest, they may have some flaws but they are open to suggestions to improve on it. **What do you dislike about Endtest?** I think they need to enhance the surface. I noticed that when reviewing results to check who was the one who ran the test suite, I don't see any history of the user unless someone added a note that it's them. I think it would be great if they can add a history of who the last person who ran the test suite. Another thing is that, when I have a lot Endtest tab on, I sometimes get lost because when I review the failed steps it takes me to a different test case that I'm not familiar with and that I have to go back to the actual test suite to double check. I hope that will improve on the UI/UX side. **What problems is Endtest solving and how is that benefiting you?** I realised that Endtest is faster than other test tool app that I have used. At first I was struggling but I was able to get used to it. The tools available within EndTest, along with the Chrome extension, means I can build robust and thorough tests quickly. Debugging tests is also a breeze, with a very detailed real-time log that shows you every step and action - finding an error in a test is as simple as clicking a link in the log. I'm still picking up new tricks and time-savers, and their team is always all-too-happy to help. I ran into a bug; it wasn't a blocker, but the developers were on it right away, and within a couple of hours they released a fix. I cannot recommend this team and their product enough. They are fantastic! **What do you dislike about Endtest?** There's nothing I dislike; however, there are some features or improvements that I'd love to see in the future. It's possible to create teams and share test suites with different groups, but I think they could expand this or make it faster to share suites or tests. Another feature I'd really like to see is the ability to add notes or comments to each action in a test. This would help the user keep track of what each step does and would make handing off or sharing tests with colleagues a little easier. Before EndTest, this was an entirely manual process besides speed checks etc. Adopting EndTest has taken the quality assurance of these systems to a whole new level. Their integration with Jira is amazing. In our development tickets, we add the test suites that we want to run - covering all areas of the system that could be affected. The suites are run automatically and will update our tickets based on the results. With a complete collection of test suites and some good CICD processes, we are starting to automate most of our QA, and with EndTest's logging, error handling, and video playback of tests, I have complete confidence in EndTest to get it done. ### 16. Being able to use features similar to widely known automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc. in one tool (Endtest) is great and they also have very affordable prices. **What do you dislike about Endtest?** Currently, the mobile testing automation feature of Endtest still requires a secondary tool (such as Browserstack) to fully make use of it. They have mentioned that they are planning on having their own mobile grid sometime in the future and our team is really looking forward to it. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even offered us a free zoom training session at the beginning of our Endtest experience, which was invaluable to our successfully completing our QA projects. They have welcomed our suggestions for improvement and implemented these whenever possible. They update their documentation to showcase these new features quickly too. For example, our team had numerous questions regarding audio/video support across various browsers. Besides answering our questions directly, Endtest updated their documentation so others could benefit in the future. We found their interface easy to use, and it provides a simple structure for even non-technical staff to be able to maintain test cases. **What do you dislike about Endtest?** During our project, we made many feature requests via email. While Endtest staff provided updates quickly when we asked, it would have been nicer to have a view into a customer-facing ticket-tracking system. Such a system would have helped us track feature requests we submitted, and sometimes this may have helped reduce duplicate feature requests. On our current PRO plan, we also have limitations in being able to automate some of the functions of our product that require audio assertions. It would be nice if a few more features could be added to especially make basic audio or simulated audio testing possible for PRO plan users. **What problems is Endtest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Endtest is greatly helping us to reduce much of the manual work that goes into the functional testing of our webRTC-based products and software. We have to test some basic features against many different browsers, operatings systems and browser versions. Automating this with Endtest has helped to reduce a lot of the manual work our staff has had to do, and has freed up a lot of our time to focus on other tasks. For example, using Endtest, we were able to reduce the time it took to run QA testing by up to 70% for one of our teams, and reduced the required number of staff required for QA testing from 4 persons down to 1! ### 20. But also the scheduling of tests at specific times or intervals is one of the reasons why we chose endtest.io. Where we are equally impressed is the incredible support. The onboarding / intro session was one of the best I have ever experienced. The support team has been responsive to our questions at all times. Before we started using endtest, we had to write Java code with webdriver in order to get things tested, it was messy, slow and it sometimes chaotic. We no longer have to deal with broken or outdated tests, it's just wonderful to have your tests up and running when you need them and not have to dedicate entire sprints to fixing them. What else can i say? Their customer support is helpful and quick to respond, don't know exactly what timezone they're in.
