What do you like best about Encyro?

I love the simplicity of the portal. My clients can easily drop in their documents and I get it immediately. I called it my secure Dropbox for my clients. I have lots of sensitive information that needs to be sent and I always can count on Encyro to deliver it to me. I also like that my portal shows my face, as that little feature helps to continue to build confidence that my client is uploading their documents to the right place. What do you dislike about Encyro?

I just wish they had an area for my clients to put their name in when submitting info. Sometimes, email addresses can get mixed up or confusing. Besides that, I love everything about Encyro. It allows me to simply have sitting there as an asset until I need it, building trust with me clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Encyro:

For the value, I haven't found a software that does more. This is exactly what I needed for my business when transmitting sensitive information and they provided it without breaking the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a secure measure to receive sensitive information from my clients as an accountant, and did not want and simply can't receive this information via regular email. When I tell my clients to use my secure portal, I can always see a bit of relief or confidence that I am looking out for their personal information by doing this.
