The platform helped us move beyond generic engagement data to identify which teams, behaviors, or leadership gaps were affecting culture. What problems is Enculture solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enculture helped us identify the root causes of disengagement and misalignment in our organization.

We were relying on generic engagement surveys that gave us scores but no direction. Enculture gave us data we could act on, helping us understand which teams were struggling, what behaviors were helping or hurting performance, and where leadership alignment was lacking.
