What do you like best about Encompass Routing?

Routing can be done by anyone with minimal knowledge about the process. My job was just to validate the processes and I was able to route trucks with minimal experience with routing software. Previous software was much more complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Encompass Routing?

There really isn't anything in particular that I can point out. There are features that we have yet to adopt to improve our routing process. Some of them were implemented post production. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Encompass Routing:

Make the switch if you can, a lot of costs were eliminated with other 3rd party software packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encompass Routing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Replacing piecemeal software that was previously installed, this is part of a bigger package deal. The results are consistent and there is no longer a lag or difference between each system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
