What do you like best about Enable?

The use of Enable's DealTrack has ensured we have all of our Supplier Deals in one place not only from a Contract Record perspective but from a Calculation and Cash Posting point of view. The fact it is Cloud-based supports our transition journey in that direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enable?

All aspects of our needs are supported on a high-level review level, i.e., there is certainly now more than the basic MVP in production; there are areas where there is an opportunity to improve. We are finding the Cash Posting UI less efficient than our previous system, but it is fair to say Enable is working with us to address these issues and some of them are self inflicted with Data quality. If you are fully adopting all aspects of the system like ourselves, you do need to look at the end to end process to ensure you can get to ROI in the quickest possible time. It is fair to say it has taken us longer than expected to effect the required business change to get at the real value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Enable:

Ensure you are clear on your requirements and that there is a good match to the product. That being the case you should have a good implementation if your business case stacks up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?

The implementation of Enable is helping us to have the right focus on getting our Deal information correct across all of our systems and to ensure that our Master Data set-up more correctly reflects the deal structures. While we already had a desire for simplification of deals the system and the processes around it that it drives really brings home the need for simplification (The system itself will accommodate pretty much any complexity you have as a start point). We definitely have better clarity on the Cash we should be collecting and we are currently focused on ensuring that all discrepancies that this throws up are traced to source and the base data is corrected where we find an anomaly.
