Enable has completely simplified and automated what used to be an incredibly manual and tedious process for us. Before Enable, everything was done in spreadsheets - data cleansing, mapping, calculations. It was archaic, risky, and prone to errors. Now, rebate calculations are automated, secured, and reliable. I also appreciate that Enable already had the functionality and complexity to handle our unique rebate mechanisms, which saved us from having to build a custom solution in-house. Its ability to communicate seamlessly with our internal system has made invoicing and payments much smoother as well.

Another standout is Enable’s customer support, especially our point person Ramadan, who is always responsive and helpful when issues come up. It’s clear that Enable has incorporated best practices into its design, which makes navigating the platform intuitive once you’re familiar with it. The tool has been a huge part of our digital transformation, and it provides the scalability we need as our organization grows and evolves. It’s truly become a critical part of our operations. One challenge with Enable is that some functionalities, like forecasting, still require additional steps or custom solutions to meet our specific needs. For example, while we’re working on getting forecasting results, the output needs manual parsing or cleansing before they fully align with our methodology. It would be great if some of these processes could be streamlined further.

Also, while Enable is user-friendly overall, the initial setup and ensuring alignment between our internal system and Enable did take time and effort.
