What do you like best about EMS Document Scanning and Retrieval?

Simplicity is the important need. Same has been maintained in IMS Document scanner & retrieval.

No special training required to handle this software.

Able to manage security password for specified file location.

Documents can be retrived easily and can be share if required with consern.

Able to save lager size file by breaking them in smaller sections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EMS Document Scanning and Retrieval?

It doesn't have software as a service till date it have only on site installation.

Product Price may matter.

What problems is EMS Document Scanning and Retrieval solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used this software to reduce paper based document backups for Production and Maintenance documents. It has been saved our space and scanned papers can be destroyed as per company revised policy. Before this software paper data need to keep for lager time which consumes more space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
