What do you like best about EMPOWER SIS?

I work with 20 employees and scheduling is a big task. This system makes it extremely easy to schedule everyone and takes requests in to consideration. It's great!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EMPOWER SIS?

It sometimes doesn't schedule some of the employees with no time restrictions. There is a fix in the works but in the mean time I have to edit some peoples time cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering EMPOWER SIS:

What problems is EMPOWER SIS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The system takes into consideration the business flow and sales based on last years sales. Also uses business hours and availability of the staff while making sure everyone has their allotted hours. The benefits of this program is that each employee is responsible for their requested time off and their availability for work. It takes the responsibility off the managers and onto the employees.
