HR case manager gives you the complete overview of all employees you have. A growth path can be implemented and also a benchmarking tool can be implemented if you have employees that are best in class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about empower by AdviserPlus?
What would be helpful is that there is no learning management tool implemented. This could increase the functionality of HR Case manager as it now only benefits reviewing time management, and that is it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
