I like that Employee Scheduling Software allows us to quickly organize and manage our workforce across multiple locations, ensuring we're running as optimally as possible. It is visually and operationally easy to use, and most company-specific rules are easy to set up. The team, especially Will, has a great wealth of knowledge and provides the best customer service. I would like if employees could be color coded based on their job role. Additionally, I'd appreciate if the system suggested employees for shifts based on role when a void occurs, like detecting if a shift is missing a manager and suggesting another manager who isn't currently scheduled.
