What do you like best about Employee Scheduling Software?

What we like most about Workforce is how easy and reliable it is to use. We’ve been using the system for over five years and, as our business has grown, Workforce has grown with us. What do you dislike about Employee Scheduling Software?

As with any system, there are always areas that could be improved. Some features and processes can occasionally feel a little clunky or require more steps than necessary, particularly as our business has grown and our requirements have become more complex.

What problems is Employee Scheduling Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workforce gives us one central place to manage rotas, timesheets, holidays and employee availability across a growing multi-site business. It provides managers with clear visibility of staffing and labour costs, while giving employees easy access to their shifts and working hours.
