I appreciate that Employee Navigator keeps all of my employee files in one place, saving me from having to go through old paper files. It saves me time and reduces the need for double keying information, especially with the ability to integrate with other programs like our payroll company, ADP. Not all of the fields in Employee Navigator talk to ADP and vice versa. I feel like there should be a one for one conversation between the two programs, but it only ends up being a condensed version. I have to know what fields talk and which ones don’t, and others might run into issues when filling in my job. Employee Navigator's integration with QuickBooks feels cumbersome, and I’m concerned about the accuracy of my numbers. The setup might be difficult for someone who isn't tech-savvy.
