"Flexible Performance Reviews with Amazing emPerform Support"

What do you like best about emPerform?

We appreciate the variety of ways we can use emPerform. We use it across multiple employee groups with different performance review cycles, and we also rely on the on-demand form feature for our HR team as well as for project reviews. We also like the use of the integration system to easily track our new employees. Our support team at emPerform has been amazing from implementation through launch. What do you dislike about emPerform?

What problems is emPerform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Every concern we’ve had that they haven’t been able to fix has been shared with their team, so they can check whether others are experiencing the same issues and see if they can make the change for us.
