We also sincerely appreciate your constructive feedback around bulk resending of forms, self-service options for archiving or deleting duplicates, and expanded after-hours support. These insights are extremely helpful and have been shared with our product and support teams as we continue to enhance the platform and better support urgent needs. We currently provide support from 8.30 am to 8.30pm EST Monday to Friday, to support customers in all time zones in the US and we are looking to extending it to the weekends as well.
