I love how easy it is to create a template and customize them. For example, adding images, text, and link buttons is super seamless and easy compared to other email managers I have used. Sometimes, when I do not make an edit for about 5-10 minutes, the tab will not save my work and will log me out. This is the only issue I have gotten frustrated with Emma over because some of my work will be lost, and I have to restart. Other than that, I love Emma and would recommend it to anyone. I have reached out to an Emma support employee about having issues with some of our internal employees being opted out of our newsletters without their consent. This is a huge issue because we cannot manually reopt an email back in. However, the support team has been super helpful with providing some solutions for this.
