Emerge gives our team a more organized way to approach freight sourcing instead of managing carrier conversations and pricing comparisons across email and spreadsheets. I particularly like having the marketplace and bidding process in one place, which makes it easier to compare carrier options and communicate directly with providers. The platform does require some adjustment if your existing process is heavily manual. We would also like to see continued improvements around integrations and reducing repetitive data entry, particularly for teams working across multiple transportation systems.
