What do you like best about eMembership?

This membership database is great tool for its reliability and efficiency. It helps streamlines membership processing, dues tracking, and record management with ease for both our staff and for our members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMembership?

There are very few drawbacks to eMembership; however, the query builder could be more user-friendly and provide more targeted results, making it easier to find the specific information I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing eMembership, our previous database did not provide members with self-service capabilities such as making payments, uploading contracts, or updating their contact information. As a result, members often had to contact our team to process even simple updates. eMembership has significantly improved this experience by giving members direct access to manage their accounts independently. The platform also utilizes more advanced technology and offers a high level of customization, allowing us to tailor workflows to meet our organization's specific needs. This flexibility and efficiency have greatly enhanced both the member experience and our internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
