What do you like best about eMembership?

It's a robust database with a user-friendly data entry platform. It's the heart of our organization, keeping member information safe and giving us an excellent reporting tool. For dues and membership reporting, it's the main tool I rely on to do my job accurately and efficiently. The team is highly responsive and makes us feel like we're their only client. What do you dislike about eMembership?

Would love to see QueryBuilder continue to expand as it works well to create custom reports. Would like to see continuing innovations to integrate on our invoicing and outstanding balances modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eMembership solving and how is that benefiting you?

When IATSE Local 800 engaged Winmill in 2011, we needed to merge 4 separate databases with duplicate members into one, for roughly 2300 members at the time. The team ran parallel databases with us to verify data integrity, and provided expert support and training, both on-site and virtual.
