What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

Automated expense report or robot assistant.

Again, like last year, the bothersome survey that is work for me that benefits emburse but I estimate that it doesn't improve the program to any great degree for me. I would prefer a program that is straightforward and consistent over time instead of a constantly changing faster, more automated (and more likely to mis inform because of some misguided programmer) program. What problems is Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Still a central site for expense records. But little benefit for me. Expect it is a benefit for my employer's accounting department when audited.

This new lengthy survey in Nov 2025 seems to be now increasing my workload. Same comment about lengthy survey AGAIN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
