What do you like best about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

The software's in-built ability to capture text from the bill attachments including the vendor name, the item description and the cost. Especially the VAT amount, the total amount etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense)?

The user interface is sometimes not very intuitive. There's a wallet section and a report section separately which doesn't make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Emburse Expense Professional (formerly Certify Expense) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since my organization doesn't have advance petty cash, lots of purchases are made via cash and the bills are submitted for reimbursement. Certify eases the gap by allowing for quick approvals and reimbursements, keeping the business operations up and running without any hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
