For travel allowances, the system is immediately configured with automatic deductions for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I very rarely receive them during my business trips. This means I have to check each day separately to record them correctly. This represents 5 clicks per day - if there are 10 days, then 50 clicks, and additionally at the end, I have to check again if I have checked correctly. A simpler ergonomics is needed, for example, an overview of the entire month, where only the individual boxes of certain days would need to be checked - this way it could be filled out more quickly and with better visibility of all the days.
