The drag-and-drop interface is so friendly and I can create anything as per my wish. **What do you dislike about emaze?** When working with teammates, it may get a bit annoying. But without that point, Before emaze, trying to make an exciting presentation was an absolute nightmare. **What problems is emaze solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped me creating very unique presentation to satisfy my clients and get projects. I use Google Slides for most presentations, but Emaze has more features making it stand out. Every template is different, and there are templates for every topic you can think of. The ease of use and editing helps from year to year when I update with the same topic. **What do you dislike about emaze?** You have to pay to use all the services, and one service is the collaboration feature which is super helpful when working in groups, but cannot be used except with the highest plan. For this reason when using with my students, students had to work under the same username and work at the same computer. This is not a major issue, but a nice added feature. **Recommendations to others considering emaze:** Take a look at various templates to see what features each have. Most are pretty different from one another, which is excellent for diversity. Emaze will help you stand out from others, and sometimes it is vital to stand out! **What problems is emaze solving and how is that benefiting you?** My presentations are more complex and different instead of just simple. It is also hosted online at a site, making it easy to share. I love having a stand out presentation when sharing with others. I use these at conferences with multiple presenters, so it is necessary to have something to make me stand out. Plus, all the templates are in one place. ### 4. Anna **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Anna M. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2021 **What do you like best about emaze?** It has some nice looking presentation templates **What do you dislike about emaze?** What I dislike about emaze, is that there are not really any themes for school subjects, such as outer space for science, as an example. **Recommendations to others considering emaze:** My advice for those looking to use emaze, is that it has unique animated presentation templates that are not something that Google Slides offers unless you yourself figures out how to make a Google Slides template that has animations. As far as the animated templates go, they are kind of annoying and headache because the transition from one slide to the next is usually a flip, slide, or spin, which can be quite time consuming as with the time it takes and the style of slide change when using Google Slides can be made longer, shorter, (basically adjusted) and the transition between slides can be changed. I may be wrong, maybe emaze does make it so you can change those features, but I have yet to figure that out. Another downside to the emase templates is that the transitions are pretty much identical even when you are using two entirely different templates. Also, Google Slides offers hundreds, if not thousands of a variety of templates, which can work for many different occasions, such as themes for school (such as math, science, social studies, etc.) or for more formal occasions such as economic templates, which emaze lacks. **What problems is emaze solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am trying to find a nice animated template for a Google Slides presentation. ### 5. Emaze really amazes my audiences. Whenever I use it I get compliments of my presentation and people are always asking what service I used. The aesthetics are amazing, and it is so easy to embed links, charts, and data from other places into the presentation!! Find or create several different presentations on Emaze related to the topics or skills in your current learning unit. Divide your students into groups, then have each group of students study the presentation and develop their own speech and delivery needed to make the presentation a success. Truly the best. I cannot recommend this site enough! **What do you dislike about emaze?** I wish there was more templates available for those who are not as creative as others. In addition, when presenting, I wish the bar at the bottom would disappear so that people are not seeing how much of the presentation is left. **Recommendations to others considering emaze:** If you have doubts, look on powerpoint or google slides, there is nothing out there compared to emaze. **What problems is emaze solving and how is that benefiting you?** Powerpoint is no comparison for the presentations you can create. I also like that you can allow students, like myself to create their own presentations individually or in small groups, and require them to use all of the design elements (images, media, audio, graphs/ charts). This can add to the depth of their research as they generate data and visuals to add to their claims and ideas. Which is always an added bonus!!!!!!! ### 6. Also, I would like more templates options for 3D presentations. Ever since all of my classes became online due to the outbreak of Co-vid pandemic, I had to find a way to make my presentation much more beautiful, colorful, and more importantly dynamic as the role of slides became more essential. After trying different platforms, I found emaze to be the one I was looking for. It's simply an amazing tool for lovely online classes. **What do you dislike about emaze?** I would say it is hard to find downsides, but the only thing I found a little bit unsatisfactory was the high amount of ram usage making my laptop work slowly. **What problems is emaze solving and how is that benefiting you?** I managed to make my presentations dynamic and live by the virtue of emaze's tools and templates. ### 9.
