What do you like best about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?

It's super easy to use and you don't need to know how to code. The help guides, the service centre and the CSM's are super helpful. I've used a few ESP's and the support you get with emarsys far outweighs some of the bigger names out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Engagement Cloud (formerly SAP Emarsys)?

The costs can get quite high if you're growing your database rapidly. The analytics on some modules could be improved, such as web channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Drive better personalisation through email and on site. Email brings in a significant traffic to our website and app. Speed to market with emarsys is so quick with templates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
