What do you like best about eMarketeer?

I use eMarketeer for newsletters, events, and marketing automation and appreciate its user-friendliness. I like building customer journeys, which I can trigger manually or based on CRM activity or through custom signals API. This allows for journeys to be very specifically tailored to the recipient’s context when all relevant data is available. Additionally, the CRM integration is much better compared to the previous tool I used. The initial setup was easy with the help of our partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eMarketeer?

Some parts of the eMarketeer system may seem a bit outdated. First and foremost, the old forms editor feels outdated. Even though a new one has been launched with more features, it has a higher technical threshold for users to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is eMarketeer solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use eMarketeer to connect newsletters, events, and marketing automation with my SuperOffice CRM. It solves targeting and orchestration issues by allowing well-targeted newsletters and orchestrated marketing functions.
