As a one man band I was very hesitant in the beginning but the idea of having my own ESP and the ability to scale, while maintaining high quality delivery rates won me over. I love it to have all the control. It probably can do all what your current ESP can (or more); all the basics like campaigns/broadcasts/email sequences/drip/funnels. But also tags, lists, segmenting with logic, personalisation, throttle sending by minute/hour/day, reporting... etc. Just look it up on their website or documentation.

They also have a public roadmap with feedback options where they pick and choose the best ideas to add to the software. They are contantly updating and improving. It's already great but can only get better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately it's not simply creating an account and you are ready to go. To set it all up takes some time, but the documentation is superb. Just follow along and you'll be fine. And in the case you get stuck it's good to know that their support is amazing! Their response time is really super fast and, because they know what they are talking about, the replies are really helpful and every time it solved my problem in their first reply (instead of trying to explain your problem in 5 emails going back and forth with some not too savvy support member who only replies once a day...
