What do you like best about ELXCHATBOT AI?

It provides QUALITY support, customized to our business, 24/7. It's easy to manage and make changes and add reference material. This is especially useful in a niche industry like ours, where there are frequently very technical questions that come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ELXCHATBOT AI?

Hard to find holes in this product. The OTP authentication emails are slow to hit my inbox, though that may be related to my spam filtering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ELXCHATBOT AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ELX chatbot can answer very detailed questions immediately, no matter when they’re asked or even what language they’re asked in. We’ve also integrated it with our site search so users are never shown a “No Results” page. Instead, the bot fills that gap by offering similar product recommendations or relevant content to help users solve their problem on our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
