What do you like best about ELXCHATBOT AI?

Intelligent customer engagement that answers queries instantly and has helped boost conversions in real time. The UX is straightforward and easy to navigate, and the installation and onboarding process feels smooth from start to finish. What do you dislike about ELXCHATBOT AI?

Nothing so far. I think we can see our requirements increasing with use. Perhaps being able to finese specific, trigger promos for example. Secret deals. We understand there is a decent product enhancement roadmap and so look forward to how the app develops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ELXCHATBOT AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its helping create a more curated and personal experience and a more engaging method of product discovery. It also acts as a 1st channel support reference, so we can capture VoC and triarge questions etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
