It's probably the only tool out there capable of handling emails end-to-end, even send on my behalf. It sticks to the knowledge shared, doesn't 'borrow' information from the internet like other AI does. Low to no error rate, I have used the draft mode for a few days and the mails were good to go with no edits needed. The recipient can't even tell this was AI-generated and now I don't even have to look at 50% of my inbox as Eloquens manages it fully with escalations when it can't decide what to do. Nothing to dislike but it takes a while to get one's rhythm using it - needs a few iterations of testing, rules to forward and escalate, handle exceptions, etc. But that's with any AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
