I also like the custom report builder because it lets me quickly pull ACA and FLSA-relevant datasets. This feature cuts down on manual spreadsheet work and keeps us on track with EEOC and CCPA requirements. I also appreciate how ELMO unifies our ATS, LMS, and performance cycles into one platform, which has definitely reduced the effort of managing disjointed employee records. ELMO’s US-specific compliance reporting lacks some fine-tuning options, which makes it challenging for our hybrid tech team when building granular ACA and FLSA datasets. The API rate-limits also slow down exports to our finance tool, causing delays. New remote hires often find the user interface confusing at first, which can lead to increased support tickets.
