What do you dislike about Ellucian Human Capital Management?

There are not the best standard reports. We have our IT department create a lot of reports in Informer. Some of the processes and workflows seem clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ellucian Human Capital Management:

The one-on-one training is fantastic, but they know the system so well they go through it really fast, and it makes sense, but when you go to do things yourself, it can be confusing. The hub has a lot of helpful information, but at times it seems complicated to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ellucian Human Capital Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found out there are better ways to withhold FICA from students without manually calculating and adjusting it when pay periods are split between academic year and summer but our positions management needs a lot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
