What do you like best about EliseAI?

The best part is how much time it saves me. I don't have to constantly monitor messages all day because it auto-replies to basic customer questions accurately and really fast. It handles a lot of the repetitive, trivial tasks and frees up my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EliseAI?

The interface was a bit confusing at first, I had to ask support for help setting it up. Also, sometimes the AI gets confused if customers ask long or tricky questions, and it misses the point. What problems is EliseAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before EliseAI, our office was drowning in messages and emails every day, and we had to constantly monitor and reply to customers manually. EliseAI solves this by handling those trivial, repetitive tasks and auto-replying to basic questions.
