I find Eligant incredibly easy to use, and it has become essential for managing my shop business. I mostly use it to create invoices and estimates, manage my appointments, and assign jobs to my staff. I appreciate the ability to send texts to my customers about my services and discounts, which I couldn't do before. Now, I can send online invoices in a minute, and my customers can easily book online instead of calling me.
