What do you like best about Eligant?

I find Eligant incredibly easy to use, and it has become essential for managing my shop business. I mostly use it to create invoices and estimates, manage my appointments, and assign jobs to my staff. I appreciate the ability to send texts to my customers about my services and discounts, which I couldn't do before. Now, I can send online invoices in a minute, and my customers can easily book online instead of calling me. The initial setup of Eligant was very easy, and it's clear that my whole shop business now depends on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eligant?

I would like my customers to pay online when I send them an invoice. Now Eligant doesn’t process payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eligant solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage my whole shop business with Eligant, from appointments to marketing. It lets me send invoices quickly, manage appointments, assign staff tasks, and inform customers about services and discounts via SMS. It also allows online bookings, reducing the need for calls.
