"Elia: Simple, Friendly, and Key to Our Success in Hybrid Teleworking"

What do you like best about elia?

Elia is a very user-friendly and intuitive platform that allows us to quickly achieve our targeted goals. The interface is easy to handle, even for less tech-savvy users, which has facilitated adoption throughout our organization. The performance is excellent, and the platform remains fast and stable daily.

In our hybrid work context (in-person and remote work), Elia has become a central tool for maintaining employee engagement and promoting internal communication. The available integrations simplify our processes and reduce administrative tasks. The return on investment was quick as we were able to deploy the solution effectively while increasing employee participation in our initiatives. What do you dislike about elia?

Some integration features with the Microsoft 365 environment are still missing. In particular, synchronization with the presence calendar in Outlook (Office / Remote / Absent) would be, in my opinion, an essential feature. However, I would like to point out that I saw in Elia's newsletter that these features are under development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is elia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Elia solves several problems in our company. It allows us to know, in one place, the exact location of all our employees (at the office, at home, on the move, on vacation, etc.). It also meets our need for office space management, to avoid any overflow and over-occupation of our premises. Finally, Elia encourages our employees to come to the office more often, to meet and interact with colleagues they have affinities with, based on their presence indicated in Elia.
