Honestly the biggest thing is that everything's in one spot now. Before, booking a desk or a meeting room, dealing with visitors coming in, sending a service request, it was all over the place. Now it's just one tool. The floor plan view is nice too, you just click where you want to sit and you're done. Nobody on the team needed training, which says a lot.
